There are currently four premium features available.
- Gravity Forms addon allow you to email the results of the quiz to either you and/or the quiz taker. Results are also stored in the dashboard. Click here for more information and to make a purchase.
- Contact Form 7 addon allow you to email the results of the quiz to either you and/or the quiz taker. Results are NOT stored in the dashboard. Click here for more information and to make a purchase.
- Change the color of your quiz using the Color Theme Addon. Click here for more information and to make a purchase.
- Add a time limit to your quiz with the timer plugin. Click here for more information and to make a purchase.
Two of the features allow you to email the results of the quiz to either you and/or the quiz taker. The Gravity Forms version is the better choice since it also keeps a record in the dashboard. However, Gravity Forms is also a premium plugin. The Contact Form 7 version works with the freely available Contact Form 7, but it does not keep a record in the dashboard. The Contact Form 7 version has been created to be more budget friendly, but I strongly suggest you consider the Gravity Forms version since I believe Gravity Forms to be well worth the modest investment for your site!
